Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Delta42 does with information when you use delta42account.com and your account in the members area at https://delta42account.com/members/. Delta42 is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or programme, any bank, any employer, any phone carrier or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party companies whose sponsored offers appear in the members area.
The short version
- We do not run an analytics service, an advertising pixel or any other tracking script on these pages.
- Your Delta42 account settings and progress are kept in your own browser on your own device. They are not sent to us.
- Your payment details are handled by Explodely, our retailer and payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell or rent information about you to anyone.
What the members area keeps in your browser
The members area is a set of plain pages with a small script. Everything it remembers is written to your own browser’s local storage on your own device. It stays on that device, it is not transmitted to Delta42 or anyone else, and we cannot read it. That includes:
- Your account configuration answers — the short set of questions the setup asks, and the configuration worked out from them.
- Your setup checklist progress — which steps you have ticked off.
- Anything you log in your account dashboard, such as dates, names and amounts you type in yourself, plus any totals the page works out from them.
- The email address you type into the members area sign-in, along with a flag recording that you have signed in and a flag recording whether you have already seen the welcome offer. That sign-in exists so the member pages open for you and not for a stranger with the link. It is not an account on a server, and the form does not send the address to us.
- Small page-state values, such as which sections you have opened, so a page behaves consistently when you reload it.
Because all of this lives in your browser, clearing your browsing data, using private browsing, or switching to another browser or device will clear it, and your account pages will start empty there. We have no copy to restore.
Information we do receive
- Email you send us. If you write to [email protected] we have your email address and whatever you put in your message, and we keep it so we can answer you and keep a record of support and refund requests.
- Purchase records from Explodely. When you buy, Explodely processes the payment and tells us an order was made, with the name and email you gave at checkout and the product bought. We never receive your full card number and we never store card details.
No analytics and no advertising pixels
At the time of this update there is no analytics tool, advertising pixel, remarketing tag, session recorder or similar tracking script in these pages, and we do not set our own cookies to follow you around. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
Other companies whose code or services are involved
- Google Fonts. Our pages load the Manrope typeface from Google’s font servers, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch the font file. That request carries the ordinary technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Google’s own privacy terms cover it.
- Explodely. Checkout, billing and refunds run through Explodely, the retailer of record for Delta42 purchases. Charges appear on your statement under Explodely. Anything you enter on an Explodely checkout or support page is covered by Explodely’s own privacy policy, not this one.
- Sponsored partner offers in the members area. These are offers from independent third-party companies. If you click through and sign up, you give your details to that company directly, under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that, we do not receive your application, and those offers are not Delta42 products.
- Our web host. As with any website, our host handles the technical request that serves you a page.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not read the data in your members area, because it never leaves your browser.
Keeping and deleting information
Support email is kept as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a record of orders and refunds. Data stored in your browser is yours to delete at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this site. To ask what support correspondence we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to [email protected]. Order and refund records held by Explodely are subject to Explodely’s own policies and retention rules.
Children
This site and a Delta42 account are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection and payment details go straight to Explodely rather than to us. No system can be promised to be perfectly secure, and data you keep in your own browser is only as protected as the device it sits on.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
