Delta42 follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on advertising, endorsements, testimonials and earnings claims. This page explains how we present our products, how we may be paid, and what you should and should not take from anything on this site.
Affiliate disclosure, in one paragraph
Delta42 earns commissions on third-party offers. That includes the sponsored partner offers shown inside the members area: if you click one and buy or sign up, the third-party company may pay us a commission. Those offers are not Delta42 products. We did not make them, we do not run them, we do not control their pricing or their terms, and showing one is not a guarantee about it. That commission does not change the price you pay.
Who you are buying from
Delta42 is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or programme, any bank, any employer, any phone carrier or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party companies whose sponsored offers appear in the members area. Our own product is the Delta42 account and the optional upgrades offered after it. Everything else you are shown is somebody else’s product, and we say so wherever it appears.
How we may be paid
You should assume Delta42 may receive money when you buy something through this site or through the members area, including our own products and, where applicable, products or services from third parties. Some links on this site and in the members area are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them. Some partner offers are sponsored placements, which means we may be paid for showing them. Either way, the price you pay is the price that company sets.
Why you still see them
Partner offers are shown because we think a member might find them useful, and because they are paid placements. Both of those things are true at once, and you should weigh any offer on its own merits and read its own terms before you sign up. A link to, or a mention of, another company is not an endorsement of it.
Testimonials and examples
Any testimonial, case study, example or story on this site describes one person’s experience. It is not typical, and it is not a promise or prediction that you will have the same or a similar result. Some material on this site is dramatized and may use actors, synthetic voices or synthetic imagery.

We are responsible only for the content we publish. Another company’s own terms and privacy policy apply when you use its website, service or product. We make reasonable efforts to make sure anyone promoting Delta42 does so honestly and in line with these guidelines, and anyone who promotes us must disclose that they may earn a commission and must not make income claims — but we cannot control everything a third party says.
